I'm not suggesting anything criminal here, and I don't wish anyone to risk any bodies life by staring a fire, but the thought came to mind:

I wouldn't be surprised if angry underpaid public service civilians took action today, and it would ultimately be the fault of the government, giving people less to lose every day.
