 Fukushima radiation has traveled the globe. Much of the fallout follows the atmospheric jet stream and has blanketed Alaska, Canada, the U.S. Pacific northwest, U.S. west coast and U.S. mid-west.

However, radioactive contamination from Fukushima has also been detected in Europe and even in the southern hemisphere.

A fallout map, based only on one of the six reactors melting down, shows the widespread deposition of nuclear particles across a huge geographic region.

OBAMA knew this would happen, and he's made preperations, but it's not in the public's favour:

 It turns out it wasn't hundreds, but thousands, and not to take down Kony, and not to get to know the people of Africa and learn their culture and become thier friends, as was also claimed, but to Evacuate the USA, and use Africa as a new settlement for america, and also using these troops to enter Syria and attack Iran. You probably don't understand why I just said evacuate, well, if you pay attention to Obama's Executive orders, you will realise why I say this, because Obama is preparing to occupy Africa, and as a backup to save America from the effects of nuclear fallout and attack from Isreal or Russia. It's just like a game of RISK!

Executive Order 13603, which Barack Obama signed into law on March 16th 2012. According to this Executive Order the President, or those he designates, can conscript "persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation," in "peacetime and times of national emergency."

Obama has created an Executive Order, which has given the government permission take control of:

• All Public Transport
• All Emergency Services
• All Public Services
• All publicly stored food
• All fuel resources
• skilled individuals and foreign settlers/aliens:
  to help run his regime, as uncompensated assistance, reporting to Obama and giving any needed advice.
• All Businesses (I think)
• Move any members of the public anywhere, change where they live

At least one of these can be applied be for up to 15 years.
