Arabia's rulers threatened to make it easier for terrorists to
attack London unless corruption investigations into their arms deals
were halted, that sounds like a Bribery of Power Struggles to me:

Check out the words from the guy to the right, he is making assertions, yes, but all based on fact!
The only comment to the following video, "Ripple Effect 911 7/9" interests me deeply, and seems to prove a connection to 9/11 and 7/7:
